林貝斯小姐是一位資深心理輔導員及臨床督導員，現時亦兼任香港樹仁大學臨床督導，致力培養新一代的輔導人才。她亦於本中心教授輔導相關課程。林小姐有豐富的臨床心理治療經驗協助處理不同的個人情緒及相關心理問題。林小姐已具備多項的專業訓練以提供個人及團體的創傷後壓力、哀傷、成癮、戀愛、婚姻、家庭、職業、人際和個人成長等輔導服務。林小姐同時也是婚前輔導\婚姻成長 (Prepare/Enrich) 及泰氏 (T-JTA) 性格分析授權執行師。

林小姐的專業資格包括亞洲專業輔導及心理學協會註冊督導員和註冊輔導員，及加拿大輔導及心理治療協會 (CCPA) 會員。林小姐於美國 Olivet Nazarene University 獲得專業輔導碩士學位，並於加拿大 Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU) 獲取藝術學士資歷。林小姐於香港基督教輔導學院曾任專任講師多年，亦曾於九龍塘學校(小學部)擔任駐校輔導員。

Miss Cassie Lam is an experienced psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. She is a Clinical Supervisor at Hong Kong Shue Yan University where she aims to equip new generations to join the profession, and she is teaching counselling related courses at the centre. Miss Lam has years of clinical experience in helping clients recover from emotional and psychological related difficulties. Miss Lam has been professionally trained in counselling to work with individuals or groups with PTSD, grief and addiction She also provide services for love, marital, family, career, personal and interpersonal relationship growth. Miss Lam is both a Prepare Enrich Pre-marital/Marriage Assessment, and T-JTA Personality Assessment authorized practitioner.

Miss Lam is professionally registered with APCPA for Clinical Supervisor and Counsellor. She also holds a membership at The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Miss Lam obtained her Master of Art in Professional Counselling at Olivet Nazarene University (USA), and Bachelor of Fine Art at Ontario College of Art and Design University (Canada). Miss Lam is a former school counsellor at Kowloon Tong School (Primary Section) and a lecturer who previously taught bachelor's degree students at Hong Kong Institute of Christian Counselors for many years.
